SUSSURRO

A keen diver, Sussurro's owner had requested phenomenal speed to ensure remote diving areas could be reached in the shortest possible time scale. Feadship's solution was to use two Paxman diesels and twin TF40 gas turbines to drive three water jets. With 15,000 combined horsepower, the all aluminum Sussurro is capable of speeds as high as 46 knots. The deep V hull concept offers superb comfort even at top speed, plus course tracking capabilities more usually found on a Grand Prix circuit.
