36m Alloy sloop Miss Silver joins the market

The 36.1 metre sloop Miss Silver is newly listed for sale with Matthew Ruane of Cecil Wright & Partners.
Built in aluminium at New Zealand-based yard Alloy Yachts in 1995, the fast cruising sloop was designed by Dubois Naval Architects and Redman Whiteley Dixon, a strong combination who have designed and built a number of award-winning sailing yachts.
Her broker pointed out: "She was built for an experienced owner who cherished her until 2019, when she was purchased by her second and present owner".
She underwent a multi-million-dollar refit from 2021 to 2022 and benefits from new joinery, fabrics, and furnishings, top-of-the-range audio-visual and IT equipment and a brand-new galley. Her exterior refit work included a full repaint, replacement of decks, new sails, helm stations and control systems.
