For a few fortunate individuals, it’s a chance to go shopping; for the vast majority, it’s a sneak peek inside a super-exclusive world lived on the high seas

While traditional motor shows are on the decline, the world of uber-exclusive superyachts is thriving. Monaco, in particular, stands as the pinnacle of yacht shows, with over three decades of history in hosting the most luxurious floating homes. The Monaco Yacht Show, held from September 27 to 30, showcases over 200 yachts and a variety of accompanying accessories, from submarines to supercars and waterslides. For a select few, it's a chance to make extravagant purchases, but for the majority, it's an exclusive peek into the high-seas lifestyle.

One of the standout vessels at this year's show is the Phoenix 2, filling the 95-meter space left vacant after the sale of Kismet. Offered for sale through broker Cecil Wright at a price of €124.95 million (including EU VAT), the yacht was built in 2010 for the late Polish billionaire Jan Kulczyk. Inspired by "Manhattan art deco opulence," Phoenix 2 boasts a range of amenities, including a beauty salon, cinema room, spa, rooftop hot-tub, beach club, and a gym. With accommodations for up to 12 guests and a large crew, Phoenix 2 is among the finest offerings currently available on the market.
