Joshua works on behalf of the brokers to provide strategic insights and accelerate growth. He blends AI, data and hard-earned market intuition to support better decisions for clients and the business. Most of his work is behind the scenes. The aim is simple: make choices clearer, faster and more confidently.
He holds an MSc in Computer Science and a First-Class BEng in Mechanical Engineering, and was previously building enterprise AI software as a founding engineer. A lifelong sailor, he spent ten years racing for Great Britain in windsurfing and competing internationally. These days he is usually on the water exploring under sail on a small catamaran, or via kitefoil.
