Merle Wood and Peter Croke of Merle Wood & Associates and Chris Cecil-Wright were joint central agents for her sale in 2009, while Peter Thompson of Ocean Independence and John Cohen, again of Merle Wood & Associates, introduced the buyer. She was asking €19.95 million.

Launched in 2001, MIDLANDIA accommodates 12 guests in a master, VIP, two doubles and two twins and her full displacement hull cruises at 15 knots. Now renamed ELYSIUM.
