30m Feadship motor yacht La Mascarade for sale

The 30 metre Feadship motor yacht La Mascarade has been listed for sale by Cecil Wright.
She was built for Yorkshire philanthropist and serial yacht owner Sir Robert Ogden in 1997, who asked for a 50 metre yacht on a 30 metre platform, so as to fit his berth in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat.
La Mascarade is asking £3,950,000 with VAT paid.
With an interior, originally by Terence Disdale, finished in muted neutral tones, this yacht for sale has been regularly updated since her launch 25 years ago. Most recently La Mascarade underwent a seven-month refit at Pendennis from 2021 to 2022. With deceptively spacious living and entertaining spaces, guest accommodation for eight is provided in four cabins, while a crew of up to six allows for the highest level of personal service.
The owner's suite on the main deck is decorated in a classic yet contemporary style, with a mixture of light wood, leather and fabric panelling with modern features. There are three further guest cabins, one VIP and two doubles, located on the lower deck all decorated in similar style
The main saloon and interior dining space has also been designed to create a calm, contemporary ambience, offering well-being, warmth, luxury, and comfort, according to Henry Smith of Cecil Wright. The main deck aft has a further dining table with fixed seating on the aft side.
One of her main features is the expansive sundeck. Aft of the flybridge helm station there is a large sofa and coffee table area which can be converted into a spacious sun pad and further aft there is a dining area with two removable tables wrapped by fixed sofas. In addition, a large removable awning can be erected to cover the entire deck. Smith also points out that La Mascarade boasts a very large swim platform for a yacht of her size.
Power comes from a pair of Caterpillar C3412 1,250hp engines delivering a top speed of 17 knots and a range of 1,492 nautical miles at 12.5 knots.
La Mascarade is asking £3,950,000.
