€1.5M price drop on 39m Perini Navi sloop State of Grace

A significant price reduction of €1,500,000 has been announced for the 39.4-meter Perini Navi sailing yacht "State of Grace," currently listed for sale with Luke Brennan of Cecil Wright. Originally built in aluminum based on a design by renowned naval architect Ron Holland in collaboration with Perini Navi, "State of Grace" is part of the shipyard's 40m Fast Cruising series. 

The yacht recently underwent a refit from 2022 to 2023, with interior enhancements, including several artworks from the owner's private collection. The vessel features a luxurious full-beam master suite with a Turkish hammam steam shower, a cross-trainer, and gym. Additionally, there are three guest cabins, crew quarters for six, and an expansive main saloon and cockpit for comfortable living and dining. 

The yacht is equipped with state-of-the-art carbon fiber rigging, a powerful Caterpillar diesel engine, and offers impressive sailing capabilities. With a centerboard that provides stability and lift while sailing, "State of Grace" has successfully completed its 10-year ABS survey in May 2023, and it has also enjoyed six weeks of charter during the summer.

State of Grace is now asking €10,250,000.
