CECIL WRIGHT & PARTNERS APPOINTED CENTRAL AGENT FOR THE SALE OF THE 30M FEADSHIP LA MASCARADE

November 2019

Cecil Wright & Partners is pleased to announce its appointment as Central Agent for the sale of the unique 30m Feadship, LA MASCARADE (1997 / 2019).

Built for Sir Robert Ogden, the brief was to build a 50m yacht in a 30m package as the limit of his berth in the Port of Saint John Cap Farrat was exactly 30m. No 'regular' shipyard in the market segment could fulfil what he visualised, so he went to Feadship.

Designed by De Voogt Naval Architects and with an interior by the esteemed Terence Disdale, LA MASCARADE was launched in 1997. Following multiple upgrades and refits, she was most recently refitted in 2019. This included a full exterior re-paint.

Twin Caterpillar 3412 diesel engines power her to top speed of 17 knots and a cruising range of 1,500 nautical miles at 13 knots. She is fitted with both gyroscopic zero-speed stabilisers and fin stabilisers meaning she is incredibly comfortable and stable, both underway and at anchor.

Her expansive interior can accommodate eight guests in four cabins comprising a main deck master suite, a full beam VIP suite and two double cabins, all with en-suite bathrooms. The main saloon features a large seating area and a dining area for eight guests. The guest friendly galley was completely refitted in 2015 and is located to port.

The flybridge features an oversize sunpad which converts to sofas with a large coffee table, and there are also two aft dining tables and sofa seating on the flybridge control. The main deck aft has a further dining table and access to the large fold down swimming platform; an unusual feature on yachts of this size.

LA MASCARADE is listing at EUR 3,950,000.
