Cecil Wright & Partners is delighted to announce its appointment as worldwide Central Agent for the sale of the 56.50m custom Feadship motor yacht HAMPSHIRE I.
Designed by De Voogt Naval Architects and built by Dutch yard Royal De Vries Feadship, HAMPSHIRE I was launched in 2001 and refitted in 2016/17. Built to Lloyds Register and MCA Compliant, she features a full displacement steel hull and aluminium superstructure with teak decks.
Powered by 2 Caterpillar 1,500hp diesel engines, she is capable of a top speed of 15 knots and comfortably cruises at 12 knots.
HAMPSHIRE I was built with a zero speed stabilisation system which has been constantly updated. The system reduces roll motion effect and results in a smoother cruising experience, providing ‘at-anchor’ comfort.
Originally launched as BARBARA JEAN, her luxurious interior was designed by John Munford, well-known for designing the interiors for yachts including FREEDOM and ARCHIMEDES. When she became HAMPSHIRE, the interior was refitted by the team at Redman Whitely Dixon, giving her a more contemporary feel.
Comprising a master suite, two double cabins, two twin cabins, a single with a Pullman and an additional overspill cabin with a Pullman, she can comfortably accommodate 12 guests and carries 14 crew onboard.
The master suite, finished in mahogany wood panelling, is located on the main deck and boasts a super-king bed and spacious, separate his and her bathrooms. Both share a Jacuzzi tub.
The yacht has a modern, centrally-integrated entertainment system which is operated by iPads throughout. The internal dining area can seat up to 12 guests and the main deck AFT can seat 10 guests. The extended sundeck dining is able to accommodate a further 12 guests comfortably. Her expansive outdoor decks are designed to entertain, with various areas to lounge, relax in the Jacuzzi and enjoy alfresco means in the sun or under shaded decks.
