THE YACHT BROKER CHRIS CECIL-WRIGHT assists in designing boats with every possible indulgence, from wine cellars to squash courts, and arranges journeys that range from a birthday on an icebreaker on the Norwegian fjords or wildlife-watching and fly-fishing in Chilean Patagonia, to a weekend in Saint-Tropez on a gin-palace with its own aquarium, nightclub and helipad.

The former Army officer changed career after breaking his back paragliding, and set up Cecil Wright & Partners this year, after more than a decade as a director of Edmiston Yachts.  He says this is a boom time for superyachts, adding. ‘A large yacht offers a level of comfort and pleasure impossible to find anywhere else’.
