Terms
A “Qualifying Charter” means a charter with a total Charter Fee of USD 150,000 or more, excluding Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA), VAT or sales taxes (where applicable), and any additional expenses, all of which are for the Charterer’s account and payable in addition to the Charter Fee.
All charters are subject to yacht availability, owner acceptance, and execution of the standard MYBA Charter Agreement, including applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements. No vessel or charter dates are guaranteed unless and until a charter agreement is fully executed and all required payments are received.
The charitable donation will be made solely by Cecil Wright & Partners, from its own funds (including earned commission), following the successful completion of the charter. In the event a charter does not take place for any reason, no charitable donation shall be due.
This charitable donation:
is not made by the Charterer;
does not constitute a discount, rebate, refund, or price reduction;
has no cash value and may not be exchanged, assigned, redirected, or substituted; and
does not entitle the Charterer to any tax deduction or charitable receipt.
This promotion does not form part of any charter agreement and creates no contractual entitlement.
